The Blended Burger Project is “a movement that strives to make burgers better by blending ground meat with chopped mushrooms, creating an incredibly delicious patty that’s healthier for your guests and more sustainable for the planet.”
DeVine Wine and Grill’s Blended Burger was highlighted in a recent article by Orlando Weekly. Our submission is a blend of Wagyu beef brisket, short rib, house cured bacon and cremini mushrooms. Topped with sweet onion jam, bread & butter pickles, gruyere cheese and fire roasted tomato ketchup on a duck fat bun. Come try it while it is still on the menu!
